Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer position located in Tbilisi. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in legal proceedings. The role involves conducting thorough legal research, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and collaborating with the team to develop effective legal strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and drafting of contracts and legal documents
• Experience in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Negotiations
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Law, and Contract Law
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret and apply laws effectively
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in both local and English languages
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law and a valid license to practice law
• Prior experience in a related field or specialization in corporate and business law is an advantage
