Duties
•Property information processing – data collection, verification and updating
•Daily communication with existing and potential customers
•Searching and offering real estate according to clients' requirements
•Organizing and conducting meetings – with clients, owners, and partners
•Real estate display and detailed information provision
•Providing advice to clients on market prices, documentation, and transaction processes
•Negotiating to agree on terms and price
•Full support of the transaction process
•Preparing and posting announcements on online platforms
•Signing an intermediary agreement
Requirements
•Work experience in real estate/services/sales is preferred
•Knowledge of Georgian (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage)
•Basic computer skills and knowledge of using social networks
•Sales and negotiation skills
•Ability to work independently

Conditions
•Work schedule: 6 days a week
•Working hours: 12:00 to 19:00
