Duties
- Use of tools and machinery
- Preparing the products on the menu during the working day;
- Preparing the product in a timely manner with high quality, according to existing recipes and standards;
- Compliance with product expiration dates and storage rules;
- Preparation of Georgian cuisine dishes
- Cooking popular dishes of international cuisine
- Ability to perform work quickly and efficiently.
- Offering new products and refining the menu;
- Product calculation;
- Taking care of the visual diversity of products;
- Inventory inventory and timely delivery of orders to the manager;
- Preparing supplies for the next working day.
- Maintaining/monitoring the cleanliness of equipment and workplace;
Requirements:
- Control of the cleanliness of the kitchen and refrigerators. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness;
