Qualification requirements:
** Higher education;
** Experience working as a credit expert, problem loan expert, or in a related field is preferred;
** Knowledge of office computer programs;
Main responsibilities:
** Processing of overdue loan portfolio;
** Relationship/communication with debtors (borrowers), offering them settlement terms and preferred payment schedules;
** Telephone communication and visits with problem borrowers;
** Agreement on debt restructuring with borrowers (debtors) and payment control;
** Submitting daily reports to management.
