Vacancy: Hotel Administrator
Location: Hotel Museum
Work schedule: 4 days (2 days-2 nights) work, 4 days off. (15 days per month)
Functions and responsibilities:
* Reception, accommodation and subsequent departure of guests according to the standards of the hotel.
* Providing the guest with the desired information about rooms, rates, and other services available at the hotel.
* Receiving incoming phone calls and e-mails and providing relevant information.
* Establishing polite and positive communication with guests.
* Registering in the guest system and performing the appropriate financial transaction.
* Acting in accordance with hotel service standards.
Basic requirements:
* Knowledge of English at a conversational level.
* Knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage.
* Knowledge of computer and office programs.
* It is desirable to be attentive to details, organized and have a sense of responsibility. Be sociable and presentable.
* Ability to complete work on time and make decisions independently.
* Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
* Experience working with and knowledge of Fidelio software will be considered an advantage.
