•Control and record inventory for various technical works, notify the supervisor in case of necessary purchases; •Inform his/her immediate supervisor in case of technical malfunctions in common areas (entrance, street, square); •Daily monitoring of the territory; •Operational execution of tasks assigned by the supervisor for various technical works.

•Experience working in a similar position as a tutor;

•Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00;
•Two Saturdays per month from 10:00 to 18:00; •Salary 1500 GEL
