We are looking for an energetic, organized, and professional manager who will be able to effectively manage a team, improve service quality, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Your duties:

Manage and coordinate daily salon operations

Team motivation, workflow optimization

Maintaining and improving high service standards

Communicating with customers and correctly understanding their needs

Promoting the development of sales and salon services

Quick and effective resolution of difficult situations

Requirements:

Management and leadership experience

High sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills

Communication, organization and teamwork skills

Customer-oriented approach and high service culture

Knowledge of foreign languages will be considered an advantage

What does the employer offer?

Salary: 1300 GEL (NET) + %

Working hours: 10:00-20:00 (2 days off)
