We need a specialist with experience in business development, marketing, and team leadership. Someone who has experience, even in a personal, private business or any small business - in managing online sales, international procurement and logistics, marketing, and negotiation skills.
Together with the founder, manage and control all aspects of the company's activities, including strategic planning, budgeting and performance management. Supply chain management. Selection and management of managers to achieve set goals and objectives.
Conducting negotiations with interested and potential partners to promote business growth.
Analyze/assess market trends to identify business opportunities and implement appropriate actions.
It is necessary to be creative and manage to introduce innovations in order to simplify customer relations and increase sales productivity.
Bringing the processes implemented by the company into compliance with laws and regulations.
• Necessary condition - must be active and purposeful, motivated to increase both the company's and personal income, confident and able to manage crisis situations.
