Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Lagodekhi

Salary: from 2000 (depending on salary and experience)

Main responsibilities:

– Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant

– Management of subordinate personnel

– Active communication with customers

– Full responsibility for the cash register and cash balance

– Timely detection of problems and prompt response to them

– Coordination of daily work processes on site

– Managing staff work schedules

– Ensuring compliance with service standards

Necessary requirements:

– At least 2-5 years of experience working in the restaurant industry

– At least 2 years of experience working in a service manager position

– Leadership skills

– Knowledge of Georgian and English languages (Russian is an advantage)

– Good communication skills

– Experience working in MS Office programs

– High sense of responsibility
