The Road to the Future is launching a social project for employment, to prevent the outflow of the young generation from the country and to enable people to support themselves and their families in their own country.

The social project – Employment for the Future – is completely different. We will go to every city, every village and act as intermediaries between the unemployed and the employers.

The beneficiaries of our project will receive a 100% employment guarantee. We cooperate with up to 200 companies and offer them ready-made personnel in case of a vacancy.

Although it is the 21st century, many socially vulnerable young people still do not have access to the Internet and are unaware of the latest news on the employment market, so we will create a database and provide it to employers, and inform job seekers about advertised vacancies tailored to them.

From October 1, we are waiting for all those who wish to join us at 12a Kldiashvili Street. Register, fill out the forms to enter the unified database. People aged 16 to 30 can register within the project.
