Working hours: Flexible schedule for students.
Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)
The goal of the position is to promote sales growth and provide high-quality service to customers.
** Knowledge of languages: Georgian – fluent, Russian, English – preferably at a conversational level.
** No experience is necessary, we will train you on the spot.
** Communication with clients by telephone and in writing;
** Expansion of the company's sales network;
** Formation and management of own database of properties for sale;
** Formation and management of your own customer base;
** Providing full information about the property for sale to interested customers and showing it on site.
** Ability to establish relationships quickly and easily (communicability);
** Customer service skills (politeness, showing attention and willingness to help customers, correct redirection);
** Ability to show initiative;
** Sales skills (persuasive, argumentative and effective communication);
** Ability to speak and write fluently;
** Goal-oriented and results-oriented;
** Demonstrated attention to detail;
** Organization, presentability, punctuality;
** Sense of responsibility.
The candidate will be selected in several stages:
** CV review
** Interview.
** Salary range is fully earned, depends on activity and hard work, is determined by the income received by the company from the sold real estate 40%-60%
