About the hotel:

"Bel Mare" is a 39-room boutique hotel located in Old Batumi, near the seaside. The hotel rooms offer unique views of the sea, mountains and Old Batumi. Our mission is to offer our guests exceptional service and an unforgettable vacation experience.

Position description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for increasing the hotel's revenue and attracting guests. The candidate must be communicative, organized, and have successful experience in sales.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a hotel sales strategy.

• Local market analysis, search for new partners and establish cooperation with them.

• Attracting individual and corporate clients.

• Management of hotel sales on online platforms (OTA) and social networks.

• Organizing marketing campaigns to increase hotel awareness.

• Preparing and communicating hotel offers and promotions.

• Analysis of sales results and reporting to management.

• Analyzing guest feedback and taking their requirements into account.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in the hospitality sector will be considered an advantage).

• Fluent in Georgian and English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.

• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Teamwork skills.

• Creative and strategic thinking.

• Knowledge of MS Office programs and experience working with online platforms (Booking, Expedia, etc.).
