Duties
· Use of tools and machinery · Preparation of cream, mousse, soufflé, marshmallow and ganache · Working with chocolate, sugar and caramel · Preparing cakes for various events · Preparing desserts |
- Knowledge of the assortment and quality requirements of confectionery products;
- Preparing menu items according to recipes, calculations, and established standards;
- Offering new products and refining the menu;
- Product calculation;
- Preparation of menu items such as: Adjarian Khachapuri,
Mingrelian khachapuri, Imerelian khachapuri and various types of pizzas;
- Taking care of the visual diversity of products;
- Quality control of confectionery products;
- Storage/warehousing of raw materials and products according to standards, inventory control/inventory control;
- Maintaining/monitoring the cleanliness of confectionery and bakery equipment and workplaces;
