Food safety specialist Irakli Arabuli recommends using natural andro roots to dye eggs and advises the population to use the natural plant directly for this purpose.
In addition, Arabuli says that there are many paints on the market whose safety is uncertain:
"There are so many paints on the market that we can use to paint our enduro, but nothing is known about their origin or safety. We only trust the manufacturer."
My recommendation is to use the roots of the endro directly; it is a natural plant and we can use it for coloring.
When using different colors, it is difficult to say what they contain and how much is intended to color the food product.
"What is more dangerous is what is sold by weight in the market, which is of unknown origin and carries a high risk. No one in the market can give you a certificate of the origin of the paint they are selling," noted Irakli Arabuli.
