For the position of barista

compensation

7.50 GEL per hour

(90 GEL per hearing)

1350 GEL for 15 shifts

Two / two on schedule

12 hour shift.

Three meals a day

30% discount on the full menu

Paid vacation (or thirteenth salary) after one year of cooperation

Paid ballot upon official opening and submission

1.5 times more pay on holidays

We have a bonus system.

1% of the bar's monthly sales are distributed to baristas

Salary is paid twice a month.

The company is covering its expenses.

Successfully completed internships will be compensated.

We need hardworking, enthusiastic staff, aged 18 to 35,

Communication level knowledge of any foreign language is required.

We do not require experience, we will teach you the profession on the spot,
