· Receiving orders

· Establishing communication with the guest and ensuring their requirements, providing comprehensive answers;

· Thorough knowledge of the menu and drink list, describing them to interested guests;

· Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety rules;

· Cash register control

· Knowledge of English and Russian language
