We are a product IT company MR Lab. We are developing systems to monitor mining farms. Working directly with the international clients.
We are looking for a Middle Network Engineer to join our team.
The NOC team manages the design and implementation of new systems and is the escalation point for complex technical problems.
Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in a NOC or network operations environment
– Strong networking knowledge: (Routing & switching, VLAN, NAT, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, DNS, proxies)
– Solid Linux administration skills
– Experience with virtualization and containerization: (Proxmox VE, Docker, LXC)
– Experience with monitoring tools: (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios (or similar))
– Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
– Clear communication and reporting skills
– English level sufficient to read and understand technical documentation
Responsibilities
– Support, maintain, and develop network infrastructure
– Design, deploy, and support new network and virtualized systems
– Act as a 2nd-line / escalation level for complex incidents
– Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution
– Audit and optimize network performance, reliability, and availability
– Configure and maintain monitoring systems
– Implement and support security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, security policies)
– Prepare and maintain technical documentation
– Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
Would be a plus
– Experience with Proxmox Backup Server, backup and recovery strategies
– Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning
– Hands-on experience with: (IDS (Snort, Suricata), SIEM systems (Wazuh), Elasticsearch)
– Experience with automation tools:( Ansible, Puppet, or similar, CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation)
– Task and project management skills: (requirements analysis, task prioritization, scope definition)
– Risk analysis and backlog management experience
– Development of access control and backup policies
– Experience deploying and maintaining third-party applications: (SIP systems, Bitrix, Nextcloud)
– Creating technical documentation and conducting internal training
– Certifications: (Cisco CCNA / CCNP, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, Certified NOC Technician or similar)
